Training delivered on set date – Our professional trainers will deliver a CPD certified, tailored training course to 25 staff. If you have a smaller or larger organisation, we will tailor our training to your needs. This can be delivered via Zoom or in-person. Staff also have the opportunity to achieve AQA Accreditation to build their professional development.
Develop an action plan – Discuss the changes you can make within your organisation to make it more accessible for autistic customers and employees. Receive help and support from our team to develop your action plan.
Make adjustments – Build an inclusive and welcoming environment for autistic people within your organisation by implementing your tailored action plan.
Empower your whole team - receive link to an on-demand training webinar for every staff member to access, to build understanding and a consistent approach.
Receive your Autism NI Impact Award! - Once you have implemented your action plan, you will achieve the Impact Award.
