World Autism Acceptance Month 2025 runs throughout April, and this year we want to celebrate the spectrum of colour and highlight our unique differences. We want to raise more awareness and a better understanding of autism, promote autism acceptance, and build inclusivity and connectedness throughout our society. But we can't do it alone!

Your support this year will make a difference to autistic people and their families across Northern Ireland. Whether you're at home, at school, or at work you can join us and help build inclusion and acceptance.

With over 35,000 autistic people in Northern Ireland, we are encouraging everyone to get behind our message "Be Kind to Different Minds", and show your support for our vibrant autistic community.

What does Autism Acceptance mean to me?

To celebrate World Autism Acceptance Month, we asked a group of autistic people what autism acceptance means to them and spread our important message 'Be Kind To Different Minds'.
