As Northern Ireland’s longest-serving autism charity and training provider, we work to provide life-changing services for over 35,000 autistic people and their families throughout Northern Ireland.

We can’t do this alone. We actively partner with a range of organisations and businesses who share our vision of an inclusive society.

Flexible and Dynamic Partnerships

It is more important than ever for businesses to provide and measure the social value that their organisation delivers. Partnering with Autism NI can provide your organisation with a range of flexible opportunities to deliver social value and impact.

  • Workforce development: Autism NI deliver a range of CPD certified and accredited training programmes, to upskill your staff team and empower them to deliver an inclusive and accessible service. This includes our Impact Award Programme of training and support, which recognises and accredits organisations that have committed to building a neuro-inclusive organisation and workforce.
  • Collaborative service development: With over 35,000 autistic people in NI, Autism NI are continually increasing our service provision to meet the needs of our community. We can work flexibly and collaboratively with you to explore and design service delivery models that positively impact the community that you deliver within.
  • Fundraising, volunteering and event opportunities: Autism NI have a range of events and opportunities available for corporate teams to get involved with, giving staff the opportunity to have team building experiences while giving back to our community.
  • Staff health and wellbeing: Autism NI can deliver parent/carer workshops to your workforce, to support those who have an autistic child or family member. Perfect for your internal working or support groups, we can tailor content to meet the unique needs of your team. Staff are also empowered to link to other support services available to them, for example, our Helpline service.
