The Autism NI Impact Award is a CPD Certified training package that supports sports clubs, youth clubs and community groups of all sizes provide an inclusive environment.
We provide tailored autism training and ongoing support to help your sports or youth club become more autism accessible to your neurodivergent members, staff and volunteers. Our training approach is as unique as every club.

With over 30 years experience and expertise, we support sports clubs, youth clubs and community groups to understand more about autism. This is not just autism awareness training but step by step support to build confidence in your inclusive approach. The Autism Impact Award for Sports and Youth Groups helps all staff and volunteers to implement practical support to help autistic members succeed.
We deliver the Impact Award to sports clubs, youth groups and community groups across Northern Ireland, the island of Ireland, UK and Internationally.
Whether you need to train an entire team or only a few members of staff and volunteers, there is a choice of two autism training packages that your group can avail of.
Package One
- Evening Zoom training for up to 4 staff/volunteers
- Training available on set dates throughout the year.
- Receive a tailored Impact Award action plan and follow up support to help you implement accessible supports across your groups.
- Achieve the Impact Award; receive an individualised plaque and PR pack, and use our Impact Award logo to celebrate your achievement.
Package Two
- Tailored, in-person training for up to 25 staff/volunteers.
- The training can be booked for a time and date that suits your team.
- Two staff members can complete AQA Unit Award Accreditations to build professional development.
- Receive a tailored Impact Award action plan and follow up support to help you implement accessible supports across your groups.
- Achieve the Impact Award; receive an individualised plaque and PR pack, and use our Impact Award logo to celebrate your achievement.
