Supporting your child to return to school

Course aim

Course Aim: This course will explore a range of practical ideas and strategies to support your child in returning to school after the Summer break. This includes using visual communication, a structured approach and supporting your child's sensory needs or anxieties about returning to school. Suitable for parents/carers of primary or post primary aged children. 

Please note: The session will be facilitated on the Zoom platform. Registered delegates will receive a link to access the session approximately 48 hours before the session to enable access. The virtual training will be fully interactive and will include opportunities for discussion and question and answer sessions. 

Training cancellation policy

For funded places, please contact Autism NI as soon as possible if you are unable to use your place, as we can then offer this place to another family on the waiting list.
