Course aim

Course Aim: This course will explore a range of sensory processing differences in relation to autism, including sound, visual, touch, taste, smell and proprioception. The course will explore a range of sensory ideas and strategies that can be implemented to support the autistic person to manage sensory processing differences, and how you can reduce sensory triggers within your home to build accessibility. 

Please note: The session will be facilitated on the Zoom platform. Registered delegates will receive a link to access the session approximately 48 hours before the session to enable access. The virtual training will be fully interactive and will include opportunities for discussion and question and answer sessions.

For funded places, please contact Autism NI as soon as possible if you are unable to use your place, as we can then offer this place to another family on the waiting list.
