Job Title: Head of Training and Development
Salary: £42,839
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week

Main purpose of job:
• To lead the training team on the development, management and delivery of autism related training courses for professionals, parents and carers, and autistic people.
• To lead the marketing and promotion of professional and corporate training courses; driving engagement, relationship building and sales growth.
• To identify resources to support agreed projects, including contracts and funding opportunities. To actively liaise with statutory and voluntary agencies to achieve those aims.
