Encirc, the Fermanagh glass manufacturer and bottler, has successfully achieved the prestigious Autism NI Impact Award, recognising its commitment to creating an inclusive, accessible, and supportive environment for autistic employees and customers.
The Autism NI Impact Award is a CPD-certified training and development programme designed to help organisations of all sizes build autism-friendly workplaces and services.
By completing the programme and delivering on a robust action plan, Encirc has demonstrated its dedication to supporting the neurodiverse community and embedding meaningful, long-term change across its operations.
With over 30 years of specialist training experience, Autism NI equips organisations with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to understand autism and remove barriers for neurodivergent individuals.
Encirc’s achievement highlights its proactive approach to diversity, equality, and inclusion.

Encirc undertook the full Autism NI Impact Award journey, which included tailored training, the development of a bespoke action plan, and the implementation of practical workplace improvements. All staff have access to on-demand training to support them in maintaining a culture of inclusion and understanding.
As a recognised Autism NI Impact Award holder, Encirc will receive ongoing support and the business will also be featured on Autism NI platforms, reinforcing its position as a leader in inclusive practice.
