Experience the thrill and excitement of ziplining for Autism NI. This challenge will see you take on the zipline challenge at Todd's Leap in Ballygawley, which stands at 50m tall and 500m long. This incredible challenge is one to tick off the bucket list.

This is a great event to do as a team with your work colleagues, friends or family.

Registration: £25 per person.

Sponsorship target: £100 per person

There are weight requirements to take part in this challenge. Minimum weight limit is 7 stone, maximum weight limit is 18 stone and participants must comfortably fit the harness. This challenge is for adults and children, but anyone under the age of 18 must meet the weight requirements and be accompanied by an adult.

Thank you for supporting Autism NI by taking part in this zipline. Although every precaution has been taken to minimise the risk, ziplining is still strenuous and a potentially dangerous activity. By signing this form you are confirming that: • You are aware that this event is strenuous and has a level of danger. • You are not aware of any medical or other reason that you should not participate. (Please contact us if you have any queries regarding the above, we are here to help). • You will listen carefully and comply with all instruction given to you by event organisers on the day. Sponsorship: By taking part in this challenge you endeavor to raise a minimum target sponsorship of £100 per participant. All collected sponsorship monies should be sent direct to Autism NI within 2 weeks of the event. Please have a look at www.justgiving.com and think about setting up a free online page to help with your fundraising.

I confirm that to the best of my knowledge that the Participant's general state of health and fitness is suitable and the Participant will take full responsibility for their fitness to take part.

: Key Zipline Terms & Restrictions:
Weight Limit: Minimum weight of 7 stone. Maximum weight limit of 18 stone (114 kg).
Harness Requirement: Participants must be able to comfortably fit into the safety harness.
Age Limits: Suitable for ages 1 to 100. However, children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Dress Code: You must wear sturdy, comfortable footwear like trainers or hiking boots and clothing you do not mind getting dirty. Open-toed shoes are strictly prohibited.
