Course Overview
Course Location: Holywood Arches Library, 12 Holywood Rd, Belfast BT4 1NT.
Course date: 21st April 2026, 5.45-7.45pm
The session will be fully interactive and will include opportunities for discussion and question and answer sessions.
Course cost: This session is funded by East Belfast Innovation Fund and is therefore free for parents/carers of an autistic person to attend.
What you will learn
This course will explore the key differences related to autism and how this may impact on your autistic child. This course will provide practical ideas that can be used to support autistic people, particularly in the areas of routines and organisation, sensory, communication, emotions and relationships.
Who should attend
This course is only available for parents and carers of autistic people (or those awaiting assessment) to attend.

For funded places, please contact Autism NI as soon as possible (training@autismni.org) if you are unable to use your place, as we can then offer this place to another family on the waiting list.
