Course Overview

Course Format: This is an on-demand pre-recorded support webinar. Once you have booked your place, you will receive an email with a direct link to access the webinar. 

Course cost: This session is funded by National Lottery Community Fund and is therefore free for autistic adults to access. 

What you will learn

This webinar will explore how many autistic people process information in a different way to non-autistic people, which can impact on executive functioning skills like organisation, planning, multitasking and managing change. 

It will help you understand more about executive functioning differences you may experience, and how you can use a range of strategies to help manage these skills, including in planning and organisation of day-to-day tasks and activities.

Who should attend 

This course is only available for autistic adults to attend (pre or post diagnosis).
