Course aim: This course will explore the key characteristics of autism that may impact on a person’s anxiety and stress levels. The course will explore a range of strategies to help increase emotional understanding, emotional regulation and coping strategies to help an autistic individual reduce the impact of anxiety.

Please note: you must live in the Down (SE Trust Area) or North Down and Ards Locality to avail of this course.
